Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Involved in human resource strategy that aligns with the business objective
  • Work closely with senior management in the implementation of policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development.
  • Able to handle mix cultures and manage change for continuous improvement
  • Provide support in developing people capability through talent management or training
  • Cultivate & maintain corporate culture

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 6 years relevant experience with 3 years in managerial level
  • Experienced in full spectrum of HR functions in the Group, including training and development, staff retention, coaching and employee relations, compensation and benefits and performance management etc.
  • Excellent knowledge of labour law, labour market and social security system.
  • Pro-active, excellent presentation, interpersonal communication, problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese
