Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the recruitment, including hiring and selection, contract negotiation.
  • ŸEnsure compensation and benefits are externally competitive and internally equitable and HR practices are in full compliance of the local labor laws.
  • ŸDevelop and control Manpower plan and budget in line with business development.
  • ŸFormulate and implement an annual training plan according to the training needs analysis; coordinate and organize training programs and career development programs.
  • ŸConduct new employee induction training.
  • ŸProvide support with expatriate revocations, employment visa and related issues.
  • ŸMonitor Performance Management System.
  • ŸMonitor and control the Employee Insurance Policies including provident fund/medical and life/accident insurance.
  • ŸFormulate and implement the human resources policies and guidelines.
  • ŸResponsible for maintaining HR records and prepare periodical reports.
  • ŸManage employee welfare activities and company events.
  • ŸCoordinate ad hoc HR projects as assigned and ensure timely delivery of agreed upon schedules for all HR programs.
  • ŸKeep abreast of change of labor legislation and legal requirements and recommend actions.

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • 6+years HR generalist experience from multinational company, preferably with regional exposure.
  • Enjoy working in multicultural environment.
  • Familiar with All-rounded HR practice and C&B policies.
  • Experience in handling HR projects.
  • Flexible, Fast paced and Proactive.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Close Native English & Fluent Mandarin.
